Lara has been working with us on and off in different capacities since 2022. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology from McMaster. She is currently studying at CMCC to become a chiropractic doctor (just like Dr. Avery!). She enjoys talking about traveling and loves hearing about food suggestions.
